Bolton has been a small town with a thriving port since ancient time. By virtue of its harbor’s advantages, merchants in this town made a living by import and export business. They had already been doing the business for a history of almost 100 years from generation to generation; while the small town was gradually transformed into a developed harbor city. It used to be described as “Paradise Harbor” because the poor cannot be found here. However, at some point, the economy had a progressive decline and the luxurious and unfettered life was kept away from them. From now on, Bolton lost its past prosperity and glory, and it was gradually forgotten.

Some people said that it was the cause of superior living environment that made them degenerate and lose the fighting spirit, while others said that it was the cause of war. Anyhow no one can exactly tell the truth.

AS the town was gradually forgotten by the world; a young man, Albert. Williams came to this town in accidental circumstances. When he came here, the rest of the city’s population was less than one-fifth of its peak; people’s life here was very difficult at that moment. However, the young man finally decided to stay here to develop his career. After years of painstaking effort and operation, he founded his first company at last.

The local people seemed to find a new hope on the young man and a striving passion that had been lost for a long time. Later, a lot of people took part in the young man’s business and soon Albert became the local business tycoon. He led them to re-establish this small town that had been prosperous in the past and attracted a lot of foreign-controlled businesses (FCBs) that wanted to re-invest.

Soon the town restored to its former grandeur again. At that time Albert was highly respected and elected as the first foreign mayor. After election, he changed the city’s name into “The Liberty City”

After taking office, Albert office had implemented a series of reforms; he also did a lot of preferential policies for the entrepreneurs and encouraged them to use their own hands to set up a great cause of their own. Therefore, many young people with a dream of starting a business came to Liberty City where is full of opportunities and challenges.

After many decades, Liberty City was still prosperous and even more powerful day by day. Today, Liberty City has become the world’s largest commercial city; and the present mayor Brian is a descendant of Albert Williams, the fifth successors of the Williams.
