Topshift is an online Multiplayer Racing Simulation that incorporates all types of racing categories and real cars and parts to create a realistic adventure in the world of motorsport. Racing categories include; Drag Racing, Circuit Racing, Japanese Touring Car Championship, World Rally Championship, NASCAR and Formula 1.
The Object of the game
To excel at Topshift you must be able to manage your cars, races and teams to gain the most points from each race category at the end of the race season. Those points are then added together at the end of the period to give you a total game score. The Top 3 game scores at the end of the game period win that period’s prize.
The Prize for Top Player
Racing
There are a number of different racing styles in Topshift.
H2H – This is basic head to head experience racing, this is where most of your time in Topshift will be spent. You challenge, or are challenged by other racers to drag races, the races run every 3 minutes. The more of these you get the better.
NIRA – These are drag racing tournaments. Once 16 drivers are entered they are squared off against each other. You get points for each race you run towards the NIRA you are in. So if you are racing in NIRA 4 and enter the super 4 tournament the points you gain are totaled towards the NIRA 4 title, there is no prize for winning a class, only a total NIRA, so being the best super 4 racer is pointless if the other classes run more often. You want to pick an NIRA to compete in early as jumping around is a waste of credits.
Circuit – Obvious what they are by the name. There are 5 classes of circuits and the qualification for each is explained on the circuit page. 4 of the 5 are combined for one circuit title P3 – GT, Pro counts toward team points only. GT is an unlimited class for A license drivers only.
JGTC – Similar to the circuit with specialized cars.
WRC – Same as above.
All the races pay experience. Enter as much as you can.
Tuning
Tuning includes building your car, Test n Tune and dyno tuning. When building your car you will notice each car has numerous parts available in each category. The parts you choose DO matter. Generally the most expensive part is the best but not always (hint – dampers) When adding parts you need to do certain things afterwards to have those changes help your times.
