Battles
You will almost immediately be thrown into a battle! There are a lot of numbers popping up, and some of them might need further explanation. But first, you must understand the basics of NinjaManager. This is a manager type game which means you coach or lead a team to success. You don’t actually take part in battles per se, you plan a team beforehand and equip them with items and abilities which will help them win battles. All battles are automatically played. Your stats are compared to the opponent’s, and the one with the best stats wins. It’s more complex than that, but at least you know the basics now.

How battles are played
The ninjas on the leftmost position in each team (usually a genin) start the battle against each other. You begin the fight by clicking the [Fight!] in the middle of the screen (has the text Next Turn in the image). The challenger’s ninja begins to move forward and lands a hit on the opponent’s ninja. A few numbers pop up, but for now, you can focus on the red number which indicates the final damage. Click the [Enemy Turn], and the opponent’s ninja moves forward and does attacks back. Now we compare the numbers. The ninja who hit the highest wins, and survives this round. The losing ninja is removed from the battle and replaced by the one next in line. The winning ninja continues to fight until it loses. Having to fight yet another duel makes the ninja tired, so it’s attack will suffer a penalty each round it survives. The team which first loses all its ninjas loses the match.
Battles on the World Map (against non-players) are slightly different. You cannot see how many enemy ninjas there are, and they also have a hit points bar. The enemy ninja will keep fightning until it’s hit points bar is depleted (reaches zero, all blue color is gone). Your ninjas on the other hand, will still be removed from the battle as soon as their attacks are lower than the enemy ninja’s.

My Team, lineup
This is the section you will see by default when clicking My Team in the blue navigation bar. Here you can change your current lineup, get a quick look at all your ninjas, see what combos are possible by testing different ninjas on the lineup and also see how much chakra your team has. This section is rather self-explanatory, you basically drag ninjas form the list on the bottom and drop them on the empty slots, then click [Update Team], but let’s go through each area thoroughly;

World Map
Navigate the World Map by clicking the rectangular boxes with text! All of these rectangular boxes have icons next to them. Here’s a brief description of these icons, separated in to two groups; pins (when travelling on the world map) and mission icons (when travelling in battle zones).
The color of the boxes’s (not the transparency) only function is to separate them from each other and give the area a more unique feel to it.

Mission Icons
The boxes with battle icons you see are either transparent or fully shown. A fully shown box means that’s how far you have made it, that’s the battle you’ll want to win next. A very transparent (you cannot see it very well) battle box means you cannot go to that battle yet. Almost fully visible boxes are battles which you have already completed. You can also hover the battle box to see how much energy it costs to fight there.
