Battle for the AllSpark V2 is a web game available at www.TransformersGame.com, the official web site of the Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen video game, developed under license from Hasbro, Inc. Fans can join the AUTOBOTS® or DECEPTICONS® and compete in real time challenges online against other players worldwide, for control of the AllSpark and the fate of the world.
“The Battle for the AllSpark V2 delivers even more challenges and fun than before for our ever-growing and fervent Transformers gaming community that spawned in 2007 – we are thrilled to invite fans to join the battle again and immerse themselves in the universe prior to the official Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen game launch on June 26th,” said Rob Kostich, head of marketing for licensed properties, Activision Publishing, Inc. “In Battle for the AllSpark V2, players can play as an AUTOBOT or a DECEPTICON, picking their favourite character and customising their abilities on their way to global domination online.”
Players create their very own TRANSFORMERS character, customizing the character to suit their play style. Players then battle online in this game of strategy, choosing from a number of attacks and defenses in real time, round-by-round combat. In addition, secret codes that allow players to upgrade their characters will be hidden online.
How to Play
* Log-in or register.
* Build your bot by choosing your faction: Autobots or Decepticons.
* Enter a secret code and click “Submit” if you have one, if not click “Continue”.
* Type in a name for your Bot.
* Use your power up points to chose upgrades for your Bot by clicking on the buttons next to the upgrades then click “Create”.
* Click “Start a Battle”.
* Choose a Bot of the opposite faction that is online to battle and click “Challenge”.
* Select one offensive attack and move the arrow on the power meter to select the power usage amount for that round. In each battle each offensive move can only be used up to 100%.
* Click on “Submit”.
* The user who is attacked will select both a defensive move and offensive attack for the first round.
* The user who initiated the battle will then choose a defensive move.
* The round results will be displayed.
* Repeat offensive attack and defensive move selections for rounds 2-5.
