GangsterMind is the Biggest and Best Online Cricket Management Simulation Game. Humourous

cricket manager game where you choose tactics, formations, aggression levels, transfer in

new players and win great prizes. The grass is cut, the weather’s looking good and the

sandwiches are made, all your local cricket team needs now is a Manager! That’s you…if

you’re brave enough that is…

Cricket Manager is a 50 overs a side cricket competition. You are the manager and you select

the side and decide the tactics. Cricket Manager is based, not on One Day Internationals,

but on traditional, Park, Club, Back Yard Cricket that is played all over the world. You

will see tight run chases, big scores, very low scores, everything you see in cricket at its

best, as a people’s game! Cricket is not just a game, it’s far more important than that.

It’s a way of life!!

Gameplay

Transfers
You can transfer players into your squad by following the process outlined below; Transfers

are made by swapping one of your existing players with one of the players on the transfer

market. Your squad will always remain at 20 players. Before you bid for a player you must

first put one of your existing players on the transfer market. Tick the TL column on the

Manage Team page against the player you want to sell. When you have done this you are now

ready to buy a new player.

Tables
On the tables page you see the current league table. You can click on any team name to see

details of that particular club. 4 points are awarded for each win and 2 points for a no

result, draw or tied game. If the points totals are level positions are decided on Net Run

Rate (see below for explanation) You will see a computer icon or human icon in between the

Position column and the team name. The computer icon means that the team is currently

without a manager and is available to take over. If you are inviting friends to play and

want to play in the same division as them this can be a good way of doing it.

Net Run Rate
The Net Run Rate is your sides total score x 100 divided by balls received minus your

opponents total score x 100 divided by balls received. In the event of a side being bowled

out the NRR is calculated on the full overs quota for that innings.

Gossip
You can keep track of how your friends are doing in the game by setting them up as buddies.

You can search for friends on this page and then select them as your game “buddies”. You can

send personal, private messages to other managers, via messages. Please note that anybody

found mis-using this feature may be liable to expulsion from the game at CAT Games

discretion. You can see who is online playing the game at any time by selecting who’s online

from the top left hand menu. Tell a friend, and get the full benefit from introducing

players to the game. We call these friends “fans”.

Fixtures
On the fixtures page you will see details on all the latest results in your division, or cup

round. By selecting the report button you can see the scorecard for each game. At the bottom

of the page you can click View My Schedule from the drop down menu to see a list of all your

fixtures and results for the whole season. Each league season lasts for 30 league games. In

between league fixtures there will be Cup competitions. So if you are not competing in a cup

you may have the occasional “free” day. You can still play friendly matches on these spare

days.

The calendar used on Cricket Manager is Game Day 1, Game Day 2 etc. The Game Day number

refers to number of league fixtures played. On Cup days you will see the text “Tournament

Game Day” League and Cup Games will be played once a day. (It is normally at midnight GMT.)

Friendly matches will be played in between these games at 12:00 GMT.

Credits
Credits are the official currency in the world of cricket manager. You use credits to buy

players, arrange friendlies, hold net practices and even employ a stand in manager when you

cant log on. You collect your credits and buy new credits on the credits page. Follow the

links for your preferred payment method of credit card, Phone or SMS.
