The Tutorial

The game is divided in several stages, each stage has a different playing mode. First stages will come in the first day of playing but later stages such as alliances and magic wars may come after several month of playing.

First thing to do is to finish the startup tutorial that will guide you through the basic navigation and will familiarize you with the most basic features of the game interface.

Out in the world, Finaly!

After a boring story-mode, you are out again, fighting and interacting with other players. This stage goes over a much wider timespan and is the main part of the game where you will upgrade creatures, enhance play strategies, unlock map areas and much more. Don’t search for npc’s to fight, you must train your character on other players, talk to them, everybody will jump in to help you as they can. Try to solve the puzzles you find, they are usualy interconnected and will get you deeper in the game.

Magic principles

The magic principles described in this game are real principles and concepts of this world. Magic is nothing more than understanding and controlling the rules this world is based on. During play, you will have to chose one principle for each mindpower level you achieve, these principles will help you learn magic spells at later game stages.

Each principle has its own advantages and they are all balanced , there is no specific principle that has a greater advantage over the others, but there are certain combinations that make more sense then others. You wont know what relation is between principles and actual spells untill you discover them in the game, there is no documentation about it and there should be none.

Principles also contribute to the individual profile mark, making each player character unique based on the players choices of principles.

The Balance

Unlike any of the games out there, in this game, winning fights is not the main goal. Your main goal is to discover as much as you can about this game, and fine tune a unique, strong and steady character. You must balance your lost fights with your won fights. Every day you will get stronger, do not hide into sanctuaries as they are there only for certain stages of your play, keep fighting regardless if you lose or win, just keep your honor points high.

The Rituals

Each creature under your control has its own weak and strong aspects. Setting up the right ritual is always important. Its not brute force that wins a fight but the right ritual. Experiment different rituals and ask around other players for their best fight strategies. Heat, indicated by the “Erolin device” in the upper right corner of the interface, is very usefull and helps you get better reward from the battles but also lets you cast magic at later game stages.

The Secrets

Each character will evolve on its own path, depending on the story he choses and on the way he is playing. Solve the puzzles , talk to other players about clues, try to reach beyond the aparent restrictions…there is a reason why there are weapons that cost 40k value points and your maximum is just 1k. Most of the players will see just 80% of the game, the secret 20% left is up to you to discover. The true secrets of this game are not behind a puzzle or a door, but behind the way you will play it…and remember, even the newest noob can manage in time to defeat the oldest veteran if he understands the game mechanics well.

At the end

This game is thought to be played a bit every day, comming back daily will give you certain advantages over time. Talk to the other players, share ideeas and work together to upgrade your characters, they are always willing to help someone new out. A lot of things like fast regeneration of creatures are possible only with help from other players, and no its not cheating, its a unique form of collaborative play so that you can bend the rules of the game in your favor. Keep an eye on the changelog, things are updating frequently. From time to time “Game Borders” are expanded and new features, quests or even entire lands open for more adventure.
