【Ge Binbin】:  Actually, Goldcool game and Shanda Onilne has established a close relationship and cooperation  since we co-published the mmorpg- Dukes and Lords last year. We leadership spoke highly of such bilateral cooperation, which scored a big success, so we both sides would like to confirm an even more closer partnership.

Playbbg.com: Does the acquisition mean that  all the games of GoldCool will be managed by  Shanda?

【Ge Binbin】: Not Really. Although we both sides have capital co-operation, but that does not mean they replace all the management and operations of our online games. And we are still in charge of game development, of course, the uncoming games “Magic World Online Chapter 2“.
