Zygna customer support is the worst i have ever seen in my entire life…as a paying customer who has spent well over 3 grand you would think they would contact me with a issue i have about the game but they dont even after several mails to there customer support..
Actually, I am also a developer and publisher from other games. However, the game is one thing and the customer support is another thing. They even are very busy with their work and cannot deal with your problem at that time. so they choose to ignore your email. From my side, I’d like to reply each email from my players.
