Freesky Online: Holiday State Feature in Development

Players of Freesky Online (http://fo.igg.com) will soon have the option of using a new feature to allow their cities to continue developing even if they have to be away from home for a holiday or other unavoidable travel. Rather than returning home to find their cities have lagged behind the progress of their friends or rivals, the new Holiday State will allow players to enjoy their time away without worrying about their level progress.
Although development of this feature is just beginning, the Freesky Online team plans to make it similar to the “Neutrality” setting players can use. If players are unable log into the game for a while, they can select a “Holiday State” button before leaving. While active, cities in Holiday State will be automatically protected from being plundered or captured. The city’s fleets also will be unable to plunder or capture others while in Holiday State. Production, parts processing, and shipbuilding will proceed at half the normal rate.
The details are still being worked out, so stay tuned for more news on the Holiday State feature as it nears completion. Visit http://fo.igg.com to learn more about Freesky Online and find the latest game news.
